Session Times

Initial appointment time will last up to 60 mins, subsequent appointments up to 40 mins.

Please try not to arrive more than 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time as there may still be clients with dogs on site and you will have to wait for them to leave.

If you are late the appointment will finish at the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

It can be difficult to fill bookings at short notice so a cancellation fee will be charged for less than 24hrs notice. If a session is missed without notice the full current appointment fee will also be charged, except when an alternative appointment can be booked within the same week.
